What does "closed ticket" mean? Can I open it again?

If you see that your ticket has been closed, then it means that the
request has been handled and completed. Please do not respond to a
closed ticket unless the work is still not complete, or an issue with
the work arises. It is preferred that a new ticket is created instead
of re-opening a closed ticket.
